access to raw logs

To access GMSPROXY's raw logs directly in case of HPOV failure:

1. On inmsa, rlogin gmsproxy -l operator, password noc
2. tail -f /tmp/tp.out | grep -v Carrier

This will display every alarm coming out of cplbr, during its first level of filtering. (G2 is the next level.) This could be helpful in case of HPOV issues after gmsproxy.

Openview failure procedure

1. Severity 1 trouble ticket is created to R&D. (John Connolly's group, preferably Charles Wu). Enter as much as information as possible. IMS/GMS/legacy Netmoves platform, etc.
2. After creating ticket, page Charles Wu at (732) 488-8169 (numeric) or 9089837243.0101561@pagenet.net (alpha).
3. voice mail status update needs to be done alerting the company of the situation.
4. Call Customer Service and alert them of the situation. (See contacts.)
