During Severity 1 problems, status voice mails are sent to a distribution list with this procedure:

1. Log into the voicemail system (ext 2190), extension 2400#
2. Password 1212#
3. Press 1 to record your message, along these lines:
• This is a NOC advisory. There is a problem with some thing or another on BRYU. Please reference trouble ticket IBS00001.
4. Press # to end your message.
5. Press * 5 # 1 # -- you should hear this list has nn members.
6. Press # -- you should hear to send your message, press #.
7. Press 2 # -- you should hear delivery scheduled.
8. You're done!

You need not wait for the prompts -- when you're finished and you're happy, clap your hands.
Or rather... dial # * 5 # 1 # # 2 #.
