/rmr1 not running in OPP, nmckegs

To resolve:

  1. cat /mail/economaster/em.lock
  2. init q
  3. kill pid -- where pid was given by step 1
  4. ps -ef | grep economaster -- it should have restarted by itself
  5. ensure that a new /mail/economaster/em.lock has been created
