resetting Compulert lines

If multiple machines suddenly start showing up as "System has failed" and you're able to successfully dk into them, it's likely that the Compulert line serving them is down.

Reset the line:

UX: kill (killdap): ERROR: no such process

(This error is something the TSC has stated is ignorable.)
