Repumping a line

Example: files aren't going out for account.

1. Look at their /usr/account/ACTIVE file to see what line is being used.
2. Look at /usr/line6.0/logs/currentRJE, note problems.
3. hiportstop line6.0
4. repump line6.0
5. hiportstart line6.0 (answer n to forms question)
6. Check to see if we initiate. If so, hireschedule account

Before stopping a line, make sure nobody is using other sublines. In order to repump (e.g.) line10.1, you must stop/repump/start line10.0 and line10.1.
