sa09 / Lock create failed: Send agent exiting because lock file file cannot be created (errno= number )
Check account listed in alarm and make sure it is functioning properly.
- check /usr/mail/account's sendq and msgq
- If account is active /usr/*/ACT*, check under /usr/lineNN.N for SENDAGENTPID (will only exist when we are in process of sending to them). cat SENDAGENTPID for pid, and compare time stamp to current time and account activity (e.g. old files in sendq).
- If old, then kill pid of SENDAGENTPID and run either hireschedule or histop / start (if line is dedicated).
