HostAgent on Port line10.0 is not active

Verify that hostagent is indeed not running on that line: 

> ps -ef|grep host 
root   357     1  0  Feb 11  ?       26:17 /usr/attmail/bin/hostagent line11.0  
root   446     1  0  Feb 11  ?       13:19 /usr/attmail/bin/hostagent line12.0  
root   618     1  0  Feb 11  ?       45:38 /usr/attmail/bin/hostagent line6.0  
root   518     1  0  Feb 11  ?       14:26 /usr/attmail/bin/hostagent line5.0
If hostagent is not active, start it:
