Issue: This alarm 85% of the time is due to a customer disconecting from a line (i.e., this is normal). However, the other 15% of the time, this alarm is valid. If you see this alarm very often, it can mean that the customer specified cannot transmit to the IMS platform. If we do not see backed up queue alarms for the account, we should definitely check (using uuu) on all major sync feps that apply - BRYU, AZZU, CAWU, AZYU, INXU - every hour or so to ensure these queues are not backed up.
